Delivery is made worldwide to selected countries, which can be selected in the checkout.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
up to 29,99€ purchase value: 3,90€ postage
from 30,00€ purchase value: free shipping
Deliveries within the EU (including statutory VAT)
up to 79,99€ purchase value: 9,90€ postage
from 80,00€ purchase value: free shipping
Deliveries outside the EU (including statutory VAT)
up to 149,99€ purchase value: 25,00€ postage
from 150,00€ purchase value: free shipping
For delivery to countries outside the EU, customs duties, import duties and taxes may apply, which are to be paid directly by the buyer.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data that is created and provided in digital form).
Digital content is provided to you via a link sent to you by email.
This email with access data for providing the digital content is sent within 12 hours of conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
