1. provide a copy of the delivery bill
So that we can clearly assign your return, we ask you to enclose a copy of the delivery bill. If you are only returning part of your order, you can also mark the individual items.
2. print parcel label
You are free to choose which shipping service provider you would like to use to send your return to us. However, please make sure that the shipment can be tracked so that both parties can be sure that we receive the return correctly.

3. pack goods securely
When packing your return, please make sure that the package is sufficiently sealed and packed as securely as possible so that the goods are not damaged in transit.
Once you have done this, hand over your return to your Whal shipping service provider.
4. processing your return
Once we have received your return, we will process it within 14 days.
If you request an exchange, we will contact you again.
If you request a refund, we will initiate this and refund the corresponding amount to the original payment method.
