Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activities.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you—other than the carrier—took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and they were delivered together.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (pebro GmbH, Reiherstraße 22, 75196 Remchingen, Phone: 07232 8090966, email: info@edelband.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping option we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to make this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods,
- that are not prefabricated and whose production depends on an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or
- that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
Custom-made items from the configurator. This applies in particular to all watchbands that you design using our configurator. You specify the watchband design, Apple Watch model and case size, length or custom dimensions, leather type, leather color, stitching, edge finish, lining, hardware, and, if applicable, an embossing. Each of these straps is individually crafted according to your specifications only after we receive your order and is one-of-a-kind. There is no right of withdrawal for these custom-made items; returns or exchanges—even if you do not like the item or it does not fit—are not permitted. You will be expressly notified of this in the configurator before placing your order and confirm your acceptance by checking a box. Your statutory rights regarding defects remain unaffected by this.
Personalized products. Also excluded are all other products that are personalized according to your specifications, in particular bracelets and accessories with custom engravings or embossing.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are likely to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which cannot be delivered until at least 14 days after the contract was concluded, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the business owner has no control;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been broken after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal was broken after delivery.
This applies in particular to perfumes that are provided with an original seal for hygienic reasons. If this seal is removed or damaged after delivery, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB. A return is excluded in this case.
Return Policy
Thank you very much for shopping at Edelband, your online store for handmade leather Apple Watch bands. To ensure that your return goes smoothly, please note the following:
- Condition of the merchandise: Returned products should be in perfect, resalable condition. Please inspect the bracelet just as you would in a store.
- Hardware and leather: Pay special attention to ensure that the connectors and clasp are free of scratches and that the leather shows no signs of wear.
- Signs of wear and tear: Under applicable law, you are responsible for any loss in value resulting from use beyond what is considered normal testing—such as enlarged holes, signs of wear, or scratches on the hardware—and we may deduct this amount from your refund.
- Shipping Damage: Please report any damage that is already present upon delivery immediately and document it with photos.

We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
Grounds for Termination
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of digital content not stored on a tangible medium, which obligates the consumer to pay a price, if the consumer
- has expressly agreed that the contractor may begin performing the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and
- has confirmed that he is aware that his right of withdrawal expires upon his consent to the commencement of contract performance, and
- the business has provided the consumer, within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract—but no later than upon delivery of the digital content—with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium that sets forth the terms of the contract and states that the consumer has expressly consented, prior to the performance of the contract, to the business commencing performance of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and has confirmed his awareness that, by consenting to the commencement of contract performance, he forfeits his right of withdrawal.
